Refund, shipping, and terms
Unopened and sealed vials may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact hello@evorybioscience.com with your order number to initiate a return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection. Opened or temperature-compromised materials are not returnable due to the nature of research materials. Damaged or incorrect shipments will be replaced at no cost — report within 48 hours with photos.
Orders ship after payment confirmation. Tracking information is provided by email. Cold-chain packaging is used where applicable.
All materials are for laboratory research use only. Not for human use. No medical claims are made. Buyer certifies that they are a laboratory or professional research facility.
